Some clay things I made at my Wednesday art group, 'Dreamtime' at Wellspring Centre, Barton Hill.

The mobile has the letters of Ezra's and Laurel's names on it, but its not really clear in the pictures, it goes nicely with the yellow walls in our kitchen :)

Lino printing cards

Being productive on Monday morning while Ashley was at playgroup with Ez and Laurel! Managed to do thirty of these cards in two designs and three colours...avalable to buy here...

Greenbank and Easton Artist Traders

So last week, Amanda (www.etsy.com/uk/shop/AmandaColouringIn )asked me if I wanted to share a stall at this art market in Easton on 19th April and I said YES. It has been a bit of a rush to get things together but also fun to have a bit of a project with a slightly scary deadline. So I've packaged my wares so they hopefully look lovely and presentable and we shall see what happens...

Ink portraits, again

I always go back to ink, I just love the way it flows but at the same time you can make some really precise, defined marks if you want to. I love it for quick things like these portraits I did from observation.

birds and beasts

 Here are some little home decorations I made from Fimo Air Dry clay...I've never been particularly good at 3d clay creations so I thought these flat shapes might be a bit easier and more successful! I painted them in acrylic with detail in copper enamel paint.Birds are a bit of a recurring theme for me and I'm really into foxes (and wolves, see below) at the moment.
